I am in the Bridgeton are. I am looking to buy some furniture in the near future, but the only stores I know of are either department stores with a furniture section. Or Ashley Furniture, Raymore & Flannigan. I have been looking online and Ashley seems to be pretty bad furniture, and some of the good quality brands are so expensive, that it isn't feasible. I know most people suggest Craigslist, but I have issues with buying used, upholstered furniture. So any places I could check out that have decent quaility, but affordable furniture? Thanks.

We've used Ashley products for years and have had no trouble with any of the items we've purchased. Go to an Ashley store near you and look at the stuff in person. The furniture shows better in the store than it does on the website. Good luck.

That is good to know. I have been in to Ashley before, and the furniture seemed fine, but the general consensus on the internet says otherwise. So I just want to see any other options.
I have never heard of Bob's. Might have to make a drive up to one. They seem to all be in North Jersey. And I didn't even realize there was a Value City Furniture kind of close by. I'll have to go check them out too. Thanks!
Not sure exactly where Bridgeton is, but if you are close to one of "The Dump" locations I would check it out. I have had very good luck with their stores.
I actually just checked out The Dump the other day, the furniture seemed really nice quality, but they didn't really have any styles I liked. But I know their inventory changes a lot, so I will keep that in mind.
Value City has many different price points and quality. You should be able to find something.
When a furniture store removes old furniture and delivers new furniture in the same truck, you can still have issues. Just check on line for problems with bed bugs before you place your order.
I think the Value City Furniture stores went out of business along with Value City. Did you try any of the department stores? If you go out to the Deptford area you will have more choices that will still deliver to Bridgeton. Macy's has nice stuff and good sales, and if you open a credit card the same time you purchase you get an extra 20% off. Many department stores have that deal.
