If I send a certified mail letter to my tenants notifying them that the lease won't be continued after aug. 31st, do i have to individually send each a letter or send 1 letter with all five names on it. All 5 names are on 1 lease.

Call your county housing office and ask them. If I were doing it, I would deliver the same letter to all of them, with all of their names on all of the letters. It would mean more $, but getting a return receipt or confirmation of delivery from each person would be my preference.
