Was at game 3 in newark less than 20% rangers fans in attendance. Also went to game 6 in newark less then 10% friends who went to game 4 said around 10% in attendance. Bs ny media and fans for the most part our so full of sh**t. Ny media never talks about devils fans who go to msg, like 2006 playoffs game 4 at msg 20% nj devils fans in attendace for nj devils sweep!!!!!!
lets stop playing the percent game. Seriously, it's foolish to say that there was not an abnormally large amount of rangers fans at the Prudential center during the series. Just look at some of the highlights of the rangers goals and you can't help but notice the ENTIRE section on the bottom stand up and cheer.

LISTEN I HAVE BEEN TO EVERY REGULAR SEASON RAG-DEV GAME THAT HAS BEED PLAYED IN NEWARK FIRST YEAR BETWEEN 60% 70% DEVILS FANS. EVERY YEAR IT GETS LESS AND LESS NOW ITS 80% 85% DURING REGULAR SEASON !!
Devils showing a lot of fight to force this series to a 6th game. I think i heard the commentators say this is the first time in 60 or so years that a NHL team down 3-0 forced a game 6. Nonetheless, I still think the Kings will win it all come game 6. But a game 7 in Newark would be very exciting

I remember the very first hockey series I ever watched was Islanders-Penguins in 1975 and the Islanders came back from 3-0 down to win. They almost did it a second time, in fact, in the next series, down 3-0 to the Flyers, winning 3 then losing game 7 at the Spectrum.

I've have been to every devils vs flyers games in newark never never have flyers fans come close to 25% in attendace. As each years passes less and less flyers fans show up maybe 10% so please stop talking bs !!
Your only comeback to everything said was to call BS on the percent of other teams fans at the games? Like Yankees1212 said, we've sort of already moved past that and no matter what percent you want to use it's still a lot of other jersey's in that stadium.

Good for the Devil's. I won't argue over percentages, but I've been to a few Flyers-Devils games in Newark and there was a "noticeable" number of Flyer's fans in attendance. It sticks out, because you just don't see the same thing in Philly or NYC.

That would be the Boston Bruins in 2010. There are only 3 teams, AFAIK, that have come back from being down 3-0 in the playoffs. The 1942 Maple Leafs against the Red Wings, the 1975 Islanders against the Penguins and the 2010 Flyers against the Bruins.
You were probably thinking of the 2000 Flyers-Devils ECF playoffs. In that series, the Devils took game one and then the Flyer's won three straight to make the series 3-1, before the Devil's came back to win three straight to take the series. HUGE choke by the Flyer's and the series that saw the end of Lindros' career.

It's definitely the Finals, the stat he is referring to is from the 1942 Leafs-Red Wings series. The Red Wings went up 3-0 only to lose the series to the Leafs. To date, they are the only team to comeback from being down 3-0 in the Finals.
