Special Education in Morristown, NJ and Commute to Mid-Town Manhattan (Jersey City: move to, station)

How is the commute (time, train/bus, etc) from Morristown to Mid-Town Manhattan near Time Square?

We are planning to move to Morristown NJ from Jersey City, NJ. We heard good things about special education in Morristown, hence planning to move there. Any one have good/bad experience with Morristown regarding autism inclusion ABA classes? My son is 5 years old high functioning (verbal) with autism ASD.

I have heard good things about Morristown for autism (friend there in that situation but lower functioning and he is in a special class).

Commute is around an hour. The station on the east side of Morris Twp, Convent Station, is easy to park at and one stop closer than Morristown. You'd want the Midtown Direct as it goes to NY Penn Station.

I have heard just the opposite about Morristown for autism, but have heard good things about Millburn for autism.
