my dear, this is *way* more powerful....it's the public records search so you can look at scanned deeds, mortgages (with terms and interest rates), 2nd mortgages, HELOC's - I was surprised when I stumbled upon it.

Is that not the COOLEST site? I am having a blast with it (again). We all owe TAHITI a hats-off or soem reputation, at the very least. I especially like looking up old friends, it's a great way to find out their where-abouts.
