Don't want to pop your bubble, but North Bergen does go down to the Hudson! Hudson Pointe, Kingston Pointe and The Watermark are all on the river. There are 1300 sq.ft. condos on the Hudson in North Bergen that sell for well in excess of a million dollars. Palisades General Hospital is also on the water in North Bergen.

Most of those people living in downtown JC are not born & raised Hudson County people.
They migrate across the river as rents, all though very $$$$$$ are still cheaper then NYC

I know JC, West NY, Weehawk, North Berg, union city once had lots of white people.

I know this sounds racist, but it is interesting

I should have studied modern urban anthropology in college

Monmouth, Ocean, Morris & Sussex for the most part

When you go to the census website you have to be carefull because some tables will show the white population including hispanics and some will show the white population of non-hispanics. The reason so many hispanics in Hudson county counted themselves as white is because they did not have an adequate way to classify themselves as biracial which a vast majority of them are. And yes Hudson county is only about 1/3 non-hispanic white.
