Rental halls in Bergen County?
Can anyone recommend a hall (like a nice VFW hall or something better) that can be rented reasonably for a party in Bergen County? A good kitchen would be a big plus. Thanks!
We went to a party once in Demarest (? maybe?) in a VFW-type hall and it was an unusually nice one--right in a park, or next to one. Does anybody know where that one is?

Try the Wyckoff Women's Club. It had a decent sized kitchen and lots of table and chairs.

Try the PACBC (Philippine American Community of Bergen County) Hall in Paramus, right off of the Parkway and next to Garden State. You definitely don't have to be Filipino to rent out their space. It used to be an old Knights of Columbus, but it's decent. On Friday nights, they host Dance Bergen—ballroom dancing, salsa, etc. night so if need it for a Friday night, it may not be available.

There is the Fiesta on Route 17 South, which I believe is in Wood-Ridge. Theres also the Princess Chateau on Route 46 in Lodi and the Cotillion in Garfield. I hope this is some help!

there is a vfw on outwater lane in garfield it's a big hall, holds 250 people. the price is not bad either.
