Hey All

I talked to someone at unemployment who confused the crap out of me but remember this forum being very helpful a few months back when I had a different question

I spoke to unemployment and they said with extensions my unemployment on my current term would run out in December which would mean I had it for a total of 52 weeks.

Then she said in order for me to qualify for it past that time I would need to enter the next year cycle or something and have made atleast 48% or something of my previous amount. She confused me big time.

Can someone explain what she was talking about?

My unemployment started on December 18th 2011 and they said it would end for this cycle on 12/15/12. The base year period was 7/1/10 until 6/30/11 if that helps.

Can anyone explain this in English for me lol
