Does someone want to tell her that the photo is for her booking and not trying out for Jersey Shore.

WYCKOFF, N.J – Authorities have captured a New Jersey man who they say brutally beat his girlfriend's former boyfriend after she lured the victim to a schoolyard.

Bail was set at $100,000 for 20-year-old Daniel Chaupiz of Wyckoff, who was charged with aggravated assault and robbery.

He remained jailed Saturday along with his girlfriend, 19-year-old Wyckoff resident Margaux Tocci, who is charged with robbery and theft. Her bail was set at $50,000

Wyckoff police say Chaupiz and another man beat the victim with a baseball bat and pipe on Thursday night. They say Tocci witnessed the attack and then drove off with Chaupiz and the other assailant, after the men took the victim's cash and smashed his cellphone.

The victim was treated at a hospital for head injuries and later released

I saw this in the paper ... This is the most bizarre picture I have ever seen - she is arrested, and she looks as though she just hit the lottery .... WOW ....

I can't help but wonder what the ex did to her. It's almost as if she doesn't care, he got what he deserved .... Perhaps it was payback for years of something he did to her ?

Who knows, but it's wacky .... I definitely think the guy probably did something to warrant it .... It's a shame she got other people.

She looks like she is holding a check after she won a million bucks on a slot machine in Atlantic City. Another nut job. I hope she gets 5 years in jail and then let's see her happy face.

Yeah...seriously

The guy had to have done something pretty ****ed up. She doesn't look crazy. This was a bad beating...but she looks mentaly stable. She realy wanted revenge. That's why I don't do women wrong..been there done that. Women are shady creature...even if they don't get you back physically...they will get you one way or antoher. Look at all the guys that got divorced, kids turned against them, and paid child support for years with nothing in return cause the wife turned the kids against them.

or what about all the women that spread f#cked up rumors about their ex's.....Lesson never ever ever upset a women...even if it's a women you met for a second at a party....women can be 1000 time more vicious than men...they just do it in social way. Did you ever watch the Bad Girl's Club on Oxygen channel????

Can't wait to see that cute smile wiped off her rich girl face, once she hits JAIL. And for the two scumbags who beat the guy up -- enjoy your 10 years also! Real tough guys --- two guys against one, and you've got pipes and baseball bats to help you. Pathetic.

Wyckoff isn't exactly the inner city ghetto. It's called logic and reasoning.
