Anyone drive on Route 70 in Cherry Hill?

There is that one big stretch where there are no normal U-Turns and they just have holes in the middle (no lights or anything literally just a tiny piece of lane and an opening) and that's how you are supposed to get to the other side. It makes no sense, being on most highways it would be illegal to just cross over. It took me the longest time to get used to when I first moved to the area.

It's pretty dangerous too. Just yesterday nearing rush hour it took me 10 minutes to turn b/c there was no break in traffic. It makes me thankful for standard UTurns.
