where in nj has the most shopping like a highway with alot of car dealerships and malls-stores

Woodbridge would have to be one of them with all the dealers on 1-9
and the Woodbridge and Menlo Park Malls

There seem to be a lot of car dealerships along Rte. 17, especially farther north.

You can also tool around the Paramus area (Mall Land).

Woodbridge has a lot but you'll be sitting in Traffic for a good time.

1-9 is probably your best bet. Route 18 in Eatontown also has a whole lot of shopping (and traffic)!

doesn't the rt 17 corridor around paramus have the largest concentration of "mall" shopping in the US????

Possibly, though are there many car dealerships up there? It's been awhile since I was up that way.

Route 202 in Flemington has a ton of car dealerships - Flemington Car and Truck Country

you must mean rt 36, rt 18 is a limited access highway in eatontown, or maybe you mean 18 in east brunswick
