I will be relocating for a teaching job which is right over the NY border in NJ (park ridge)... Thanks Chris Christy for forcing me to move. I am finding it difficult to look for rentals in the area. Our budget is capped at $1500. My husband still needs to commute to Upper Westchester. So, really anything within 20 minutes to the TZ Bridge is what we are looking for.
Does anyone have any advice? I have been searching websites and really haven't found much. Even an agent sent me very few places that are mostly multi-families. (We do not want to live in a house where you can hear every little thing) We want some sense of privacy and also must have parking, laundry in the building, and a balcony, to put smelly sport equipment out on.
