Did anyone see this story? I consider it a good example of the kind of racism that hispanics can expect in NJ. There was a settlement...with most of the money going to the lawyer. And the children were Puerto Ricans...who last time I checked are citizens of the United States.
no, he made them eat sitting on the floor, there's a difference. It's npot like they had to lick food off the floor. They only had to sit on the floor and were not offered chair and tables.

i am seeing these mexican vs AA confrontations more frequently. little archie bunker is not involved in them is he? clever manipulators will swear they really were not hispanic kids but little archie bunkers dressed up like hispanic kids.
I am hispanic and I applaud this principal for laying the law down and not ***** footing around these kids. We need more people like this guy. Sadly in this PC world we live in it will never fly and our kids will suffer for it.
not saying the principal was right, but $500,000 a piece?

In reality, the settlement gives $40,000 to each of the 7 students.
I am not saying that even this award was necessarily justified, but...let's not conflate the actual facts.

Shouldn't have happened, the settlement seems excessive and the lawyer certainly doesn't deserve $220,000, and the vice-principal being reassigned is ridiculous, fire her.
