Default North Jersey September Home Sales

No recovery in sight for the Northern NJ real estate market. September sales were incredibly weak and Q3 contracts have resumed their decline.



Meanwhile, inventory still remains at historic highs..



It'll be a long time before the North Jersey market sees anything resembling a recovery.
