I am currently looking to purchase a house in Sayreville, NJ. Still trying to decide between these two houses. One is on Gardner Place in Parlin and the other one is on Woodland Ave. right off Route 35S. I like the one in Parlin but I really have no information if PARLIN is a good area. I am calling on anyone who is familiar with these areas , please help!, I really need your advice. I have 2 kids, 13 & 10 so I need a good area for my family.....

Many thanks,

Yes, Parlin is perfectly nice. Probably half of Sayreville is designated Parlin--it's really the same thing. Your kids would go to Sayreville schools. Gardner Place is in a nice little neighborhood--very family friendly, tons of kids, safe, etc... A friend of mine lived on Yorkshire for over 30 years, and it served her and her family very well.

Woodland Ave. is in South Amboy--not sure if you know this? Both areas are very similar.

If you want more specific info., feel free to send me a DM or ask here. Good luck!
