Greetings,

A close family member is trying to plan a wedding for approx 100 people on a very tight budget (approx 40-50pp). He is not really looking into catering halls as those would run too high, plus, he wants a more casual wedding. Is looking into restaurants/alternate venues that would be able to accommodate that # of people for that budget. I've sent him some suggestions, but was wondering if anyone had any of their own.

Thanks!

The Tides Estate in North Haledon is excellent value and a great place all around.

the shadowbrook in shrewsbury was beautiful for our wedding. i'm pretty sure they accomodate smaller numbers. also, your friend (if they aren't already) should really look into doing a sunday brunch wedding...it's cheaper for the venue and it's so much easier and cheaper to find all of the vendors too.
