I suggest that you check the DMV site online. It gives you all the info that you need & yes you do have to wait the 3 months. As for why you have to wait? Maybe because the more practice you have the better driver you will become? Makes sense to me

You've never driven before, so they're treating you the same as a 16 y/o who has never driven before. I can't really say I can blame them, honestly. I doubt very highly you're going to find a "workaround"- the DMV is not exactly known for being accomodating based on your needs.....

If you have never driven before, why should there be a shortcut? I would be very upset if the DMV allowed a shortcut. All people who have never driven before regardless of age should be treated the same way.

I want the immediate license is because my new job is 40 miles away from my residence place. To travel there through public transport is not possible. So if I could get a license in a month or so I can take this very good career opportunity, otherwise I have to quit.

Well, all I can say is, find someone who works and lives nearby your work and home, and carpool.
This is one DMV rule thats correct, there are no workarounds, you need to learn to drive before getting your license. I would recommend getting a driving instructor, as it would provide additional car insurance discounts.
