Just off of Amwell Road (County Route 514), there are several streets that climb a fairly steep hill. If you look at the areas encompassed by Starview Drive, Murray Drive, and Dogwood Drive, I think you will like what you see. However, since you did not reveal your budget, I don't know if these houses will be in your preferred price range.

thanks a lot, do you know any community name in that area or they are single family homes?

my budget is bet 500 to 700k and i understand that could be a constraint for better view - can live with smaller house however it seems they don't make smaller house with better views for some reason

I am now guessing that your definition of "community" is something akin to a condo development, or to some kind of gated community. Is that correct?

The neighborhood to which I referred is filled with only single family homes that are fairly large and that have anywhere from 3 to 5 bedrooms.
