While everyone is complaining about how long it took to get their power back on....it's time for a pause.

Every morning while driving to work for the past 2 weeks I see so many out of state (Country) utility trucks (Garden State Plaza staging area) coming from California, Canada and many other US states to help us out.

We were unprepared and without your hard work our State would still be a mess.

Thank you. Hopefully one day in the future we can return the hard work and generosity that all of you have given the "Garden State."

Can't agree more. I've seen trucks from Louisiana to Texas all around Bergen County. Always make sure to give em a thumbs up as I drive past. Not much, but just want them to know they're appreciated in any and every way.

You Welcome.. It was not a problem,

We (all the states that were not affected) are happy to send crews to help. Thats what mutual aid is all about. In Feburary when we get our annual Ice Storm that takes down all the lines here in Georgia, We will be looking for the PSE&G and JCPL ... Trucks heading down the hi-way to help us out.

Yes a huge TY...crew from MN restored my power!!

John I have to disagree we were as much prepared as one can be for this storm, there is NO way you can keep trees and power lines from coming down.
Now if you're referring to individuals that don't heed warnings then yes too many of them.
