When we lived in NC, we had a person attempt to break into our home in the middle of the day. The alarm went off and I called 911 immediately. It took my husband five minutes to get to the house; took the cops 45.

We don't know how good we have it here.

it can take more than 45 to get a cop to our office in brooklyn and we are a mile away from a station and the call was for someone threatening to kill someone with a knife. when someone hit my car i called the cops and waited 2 hours before leaving. so i definitely wouldnt bother with that again.
