Hello i want to sublease my 1 bedroom apartment 900 sqf with washer and dryer in the unit. it's brand new community located on the border Millburn / Springfield. Move in date immediately or flexible.
Parking spot, bus to nyc 5 min walking distance, train (millburn) 5 min driving, whole foods market, trader joe's, equinox
Is the address in Springfield? If so, the Millburn train station would be of no use if they cant park there during the week.
Sprnigfield runs a jitney to the Short Hills station. It leaves from the community pool (44 Morrison Rd) and costs, I believe, $50 per month.
