FBI Watching Possible Terrorists Cells In New Jersey

There is a great deal of talk on the internet that terrorists plan on hitting our schools around the nation. What do you think about this new twist of possible terrorists cells in New Jersey?

Several military friends, including my son, who have served in Iraq, all agree that there will be a strike on the US in the near future, using dirty bombs or biological.

We keep hearing this. Isn't this quite sad and scarey.
The school talk is too much for my brain to handle. We'd be in shock, our hearts would ache........and pure panic would spread.
Future........that is the only word we know. So we sit on pins and needles.....and pray our government is on top of all of this.....Bless them.

I work at a private school in Northern New Jersey and after 9/11 we have developed several crisis management plans. We do regular drills (similar to fire drills) so faculty, staff and students know what to do in case of any kind of emergency. We have different code colors assisgned to different types of emergencies. Everything from bomb scares, gunmen on campus, dirty bombs etc. When a code red, green etc is called the school population would know what the issue was and which safety plan to enforce. So far, gladly so, we have not had to use any of these plans for real.

New terrorist cells...as opposed to the old terrorist cells? You mean like the Fort Dix pizza plot? Terrorist cells will hit wherever they can when ordered to.
If a cell is ordered to hit a school in a certain area in a certain time frame, they will hit the one which has been determined to be the most vulnerable or the easiest target at the time of the request based on long term surveillance and research.
The terrorists live among us; they'll strike again. We aren't used to being attacked on our own soil. Many countries and peoples of the world live with that as a fact of daily life. I don't suggest that we get used to it, rather that we remember that it is always a possibility.
