Hi,
We were looking at buying at riverside court seccaucus and were wondering what the Community is like. Child friendly ? Lots of families? Do they have events for kids like halloween / summer parties? On the other hand we have also heard that there are some litigation issues and are wondering how serious they are? And lastly did it get hit by sandy or irene or flooded at any other time?

Thank you

The area never flooded beyond Sandy. meadowland Pky gets flooded from time to time but the are further south is the worst part.

The town does have a lot of functions. more than most. Irene wasn't a problem. The lower storage areas would be the only area of concern. The living areas are high enough. As far as the legal issues I don't have any idea.

Any updates on the ongoing litigation .. how does it look, in favor of residents/owners...

what do you hate the most about the community?
