Can anyone tell me or show me a link to the flood areas in Hasbrouck Heights? I'm looking at a house there and one of the notes says that "Lender may require flood insurance". This house is close to that roundabout circle that connects Valley Rd and Boulevard.

I was curious because I figured if they do get flooding its likely due to a low lying area that has poor drainage since there are no nearby rivers or streams.

When you see the verbiage: "Lender may require flood insurance", means the property is located in a flood zone.

You can either have your real estate agent check the listing for the flood zone map or you can go to the FEMA site and plug in the address here:
