How long has your house been up for sale? (houses, neighborhood)

My house has been up for-sale since february. I did have to take it off the market for 2 months in June and July when my little one broke his leg. No houses were moving in June or July anyway. So to keep my sanity, How long has your house been on the market?

We put our house up for sale at the beginning of June. There was some action in June, but absolutely NOTHING in July and August. We lowered the price by 10,000 at the end of August and it sold the first week of September. So, 3 months.

WOW, you lucked out. Congratulations. I lowered my price with everyone else in the neighborhood. They lowered 20,000. I lowered 30,000. I have the biggest lot on a corner so I figured if I kept mine lower by 10,000 I would be the first to go. Nope. We're all sitting here waiting. But, you have great news. I guess there still is hope.
