Thanks Dan...I'll check them out. I'd had Cherry Hill & Moorestown recommended but your others are new to me. We have a young family and this is a big move for us (we're from the midwest) so trying to do as much research as I can before we go on our scouting mission.

I'd agree with Mike0421 -- If you are working in Salem, consider Woolwich, Mullica Hill, Swedesboro, Logan Township, etc. They are close to Salem but offer much nicer schools. Woolwich offers the newest homes with construction of new stores and a town center happening currently. If you prefer more historic homes, Mullica Hill would be better.

If you're interested in Cinnaminson...take a look into Delran as well. I live in Delran which is the next town over. The two towns have a lot in common but you get more of a buffer from Camden Cty and the bridges to PA in Delran. Also, two Delran schools recently won the Blue Ribbon Lighthouse Award

If you can afford it, you can't go wrong with Moorestown.

Cinnaminson is quite nice, as is Riverton as well.

My mother in law moved to The Riverfront at Palmyra and just loves it.... and she doesn't love much.

Please let me know what you decide.
If he is working in Salem, New Castle County is just over the bridge with the lowest taxes. In Salem County, Alloway Heritage Building Group has a new homes community, with good incentives and Alloway is part of The Woodstown School system.

Carneys Point is close to shopping and Tim Schaeffer is building new homes there.

In Penns Grove, Salem County there is a riverfront home with a boatramp on buyowner.com for $275,000. The river there is about three miles wide.

Problem w/ Delran is the boro, Willingboro, ie ghetto. Willingboro is getting as bad as Camden and it borders Delran. Cinnaminson has Rt 73 and Pennsauken to keep the Camden element away.

Pretty accurate, seems like it goes along the river from Trenton on down.

I grew up in Cinnaminson, and the east side (towards Moorestown) is better, although there are nice pockets towards Riverton, too. Just avoid any south of Cinnaminson Ave.

Moorestown is much better than Cherry Hill.
