Please share your thoughts and opinions on Hills area vs Valley in Wayne. Other than a flood issue, what's the difference between these parts of the town?

It depends on your perspective. If you're an adult, they're honestly not that different. The dividing line is Ratzer Road and you really won't notice when you switch.

If you're a high school student then there's a generally modest rivalry between the high schools that recently turned ugly when eight Wayne Hills students assaulted two Wayne Valley students. Most of the time it's just a rivalry that's vomit worthy because it sounds like something from an 80's teen movie, with the Wayne Hills area being just slightly more upper-middle class. Pretty much every kid at both schools gets a car for their 17th birthday, but there are maybe a little more luxury cars at Hills. Though a fair amount of those are leased at both schools by dumb parents which are prevalent in both neighborhoods.
