We heard that Glen Rock's kindergarten is now only Half-day, and you need to pay for Full-day class...

is that true?

How about Ridgewood?

Also, do they have school bus in Glen Rock? Thanks for your advice!

Most non-Abbott school districts in NJ are only half-day Kindergarten. You can apply for morning or afternoon session. But yes, it's only half day in GR. There are extended programs (After care), where you can drop off your kids earlier and pick up later. And some schools have other enrichment programs with other private services that link up quite nice. That would be an additional service and while they try to keep it structured and fun it's not an addition to the district's Kinder curriculum. Glen Rock is a very small town. So unless your kid has special needs that warrant busing out of the school district, there is no busing as schools are usually within a mile of the school. It's a very walkable town so many parents do walk their kids to school. Ridgewood is the same except for those homes that are on the othwr side of rt 17, and are technically far enough to require buses.
