In addition to the large kosher food section in that store, they also have a Glatt Kosher butcher shop, which is very unusual for a supermarket. That presence alone would seem to suggest a significant Jewish population in the area.

If you're willing to commute by train, I would look at New Brunswick and Highland Park. A ton of young people (where Rutgers is) and Highland Park and RU have huge Jewish communities. There is a very large Orthodox population in Highland Park. If you live in HP you can walk across the bridge from some spots to the New Brunswick train station.
It also has the most young, single people of any area that anyone has mentioned.
