Anyone know how early in the morning the non-resident parking spots at the Madison and Summit train stations fill up? Or are they generally available throughout the day? I would be getting there for a train between 8am and 9am. Thanks.

I think those fill up by then. You'd have better luck in Convent Station (or maybe Morristown with the newer parking garages).
