With the exception of Camden you can't broad brush all of those cities....in most cases crime is in one or two areas of the city. Stereotypes and media coverage have painted the entire city bad....its usually only 25%... But this thread is nothing more then a troll thread.
Poor character of those committing the crimes. The location is irrelevant. Where there is a concentration of crime, these is a concentration of people with poor character. Pretty basic.
I remember a few years ago Camden had the highest crime rate in the country and also the most people living below the poverty line. Think there is a direct correlation?
