Hello,
I will arrive to Newark Airoport and I want to get to Newark Penn station, where I would like to chatch my bus to Washington...I´d like to ask, what is the best opportunity, how to get there...
That is quite easy. There is an airport monorail that circles the entire airport and parking lots and goes over highway US 1/9 to where the Newark Airport train station is. From there you take any northbound train to Newark Penn station which is one stop up the RR line.
So at each airport terminal you will see usually an escalator, stairs or elevator to the airport monorail. You can buy your train ticket at a vending machine even before you get on the monorail. Take the monorail (its automated) to the Airport train station at the end of its run, and you walk through a corridor to the regular NJ Transit Amtrak line. Take any train going North 1 stop to Newark Penn.

if you are not carrying much luggage you can also use the 62 bus to NWK Penn station for $1.50 and service operates every 15 minutes most times of day. And it takes about 20 minutes. The Monorail to train option will cost $8.25 one way
