While Elmwood Park is a decent residence, I do not think someone from Middlesex County could survive very long in the fast lane of Bergen County. Your simple minds would be inundated with data at such a rapid pace that it would overstimulate you, creating a mindset of constant gratification. Have you considered Westchester or Rockland Counties?
those who can't hack it in north jersey usually move to somewhere less competitive
that is true, i see your from morris county. so am i. i'm originally rfom central jersey and i think im doing alright... i live in mendham though, at the moment, so I guess that's not saying much. it's not very competitive here.
I'm only out here because I couldn't handle the commute, but I may say "screw it" and move back !
i agree with you man. i think i've been out east (essex, pasaic, bergen, hudson, union) enough to say that I like it better than out here. I got destroyed in a another thread about that. i think you might have written something on it, I don't know if I remember correctly.
if you did write on it then you know why I got destroyed. I had every right to voice my opinion, but some statement I did make were a bit... mean and not accurate.
you wrote from your heart -- anyone who judges you based on that... has issues of their own.
some people make life decisions that they regret, but they can't admit to it because they're stuck with the result. so they rationalize, and if you come along and rock the boat, you're going to be their target.
