I sometimes go to Basking Ridge and ask where exactly is this ridge in repose. Nobody knows.

Ah, the ridge is basking in the reflected glory from Bedminster. Or perhaps Far Hills.

I do agree with the OP on those creepy statues in Livingston, though. Those are weird.

Just lie to the losers and tell them you live in SHort HIlls, Far HIlls ,Alpine or Saddle River. They will shut up.

Yeah, just a skinny neck of Florham Park separates them.

I take Passaic ave to go to Chatham from Livingston. Im no geography expert but to the best of my knowledge, I don't go through any of Florham Park to get there.

When you drive along Passaic Ave, en route to Chatham, you do pass through a small peice of Florham Park. It begins right after you pass the northern edge of Canoe Brook Reservoir. The new townhome development, IIRC, is called Sun Valley (at Florham Park) which you pass by shortly before getting to Rte 24, is near the end of the FP section of Passaic Ave.

I guess I don't get out enough. Can't remember ever being in Chatham nor would I even know where the town is located. I guess I'm just trying to articulate "WHO CARES?". What is so great about this much to rant about nothing town of Chatham? Seriously, get a life.

Hmm. You learn something new every day. There's no sign to let you know you are entering Florham Park, in either direction. I did say I wasn't a geography expert, but I guess I could have not been lazy and looked at a map.

How old are your kids, Magic78? I'm thinking preschool since you're interacting with moms from neighboring towns?
FP shouldn't be as snobby as Chatham. You might be fine once you get to the public school years and meet more parents in Florham Park. I'd just avoid the snobby moms as much as possible.
