What ever came of the home invasion in Millburn caught on the nanny Cam? The guy was caught but what happened after?

Check out his rap sheet. Holy Crap. He was paroled three times. First of all parole is a joke. This dude isn't rehabilitated. He's a career criminal. He maybe gets 10 years and is paroled in 5 I bet. No Justice.

He should be put in the octagon with UFC fighters every 6 months and get a 10 minute face pounding. That'll probably help him remember not to beat up defenseless women.

Hopefully he'll go away for a very long time for what he did to that woman and the fact that they have it on video just makes it all so much better for the state to prosecute him. Nothing like sympathy for the victim - a young mother at home alone, defenseless, on video, and very violent - from the jury in cases like these.

Crazy rap sheet, by the way. You wonder why people like him are on the street to begin with after even half of that.

If our prisons weren't so overcrowded with low level-drug users there would be room for actual criminals like this guy.

If these were drug arrests he'd be in jail for the rest of his life. They need to get these violent people off the streets.

Here's an "explanation" of why he was out with that rap sheet. Seems our criminal justice system needs a MAJOR overhaul. How do you get caught with a suitcase containing the items of a home that was just robbed and not be prosecuted??!!

I think the last time his pic was in the news he wore a dress shirt, suggesting he was an upright person. I think the psychological angle of this tends to minimize his true nature and also makes people tend to forget about this criminal.

I noticed that too about the dress shirt. I hope they loop that video in the courtroom on a 70 inch HD Television so the jury can see the true character of the individual.

Consider this guy is in the spotlight because of beating the woman on camera. Now imagine how many more like him are out on the streets.

These repeat ofenders are the reason we have all the gun violence, yet feel good laws are passed to prevent violence and curtail gun ownership that do absolutely nothing to prevent these career criminals and gang members for committing violent acts. Keep voting for lawmakers that appeal to your emotions and accomplish nothing.

NJ has a mandatory 3 year sentence for using a firearm in a crime. An 18 yr old kid with no record before or since brandishes a BB gun and gets 3 years and this guy gets a revolving door.

Currently your reps are trying to discourage gun ownership by proposing a law to raise the gun purchase tax to 20% and ammo to 50%. Ask this bum and some of his friends how the proposed law will impact their behavior. Zero will be accomplished in the way of preventing violent crimes by raising the gun and ammo tax.

Law abiding citizens take it on the chin for scum like this guy who beat up the woman. Once by the criminals and once by their legislators.

From what I heard this was not a random invasion. the man was sent by someone the victim knew.
