I'm planning to move to Carlstadt soon and I was wondering if anyone knows the average utility bill (water, heat, electricity, sewer, and/or trash) in that area.

Unless your home has the exact same amount/quality of insulation as someone else's home, knowing what they spend for heating or cooling their home will have little actual relationship to what you might pay. Similarly, unless you keep your thermostat at the exact same setting as another person, your heating/cooling costs will differ, possibly to a very large extent. And, the age/efficiency of your HVAC system, as compared to the age/efficiency of other people's HVAC systems makes valid comparisons almost impossible.

Even the cost for lighting your home may vary to a great extent from somebody else's costs. Some folks, like me, tend to use lighting only in rooms that are occupied, whereas I have known other people who have many rooms of their home lit up at any given time. And, whether you and another person use conventional light bulbs vs. CFL or LED bulbs will cause comparisons to be difficult and likely invalid.

Even water usage varies considerably, depending on how many people are in a home, and how careful they are with conserving water.

Asking this question is akin to asking, "How many miles per gallon should my car yield if I live in Carlstadt". The type of car and its usage will determine this figure, just as the previously-mentioned factors will determine your utility bills.

The only valid cost quotes that you are likely to get are for trash collection, and...possibly...for sewer usage.
