They constantly are much later than what is on the schedule, they should really redo the schedules to reflect the reality of traffic.

Secondly on the 195x from NYC to willowbrook it's supposed to be under 10 stops in total. Yet it's more close to 30 what kind of express bus is that?

Expresses vary , you have to read what it says on the sign or schedule. Some Buses run local half the route and then express the last 30 stops...some express right from the park and ride , some do skip-stop service like every other town or neighborhood.

What I am saying is the schedule says I am under 5 stops, but I counted over 20... i've seen this happen multiple times. Same with the way there

The schedules don't actually list all the stops, just the major ones. Why not take the 193, 194, or 197?

The schedules only list major stops. If the schedule says it'll stop at Point A at 6:00 and Point B at 6:12, and you want to get on the bus at a stop halfway between the two, the bus should get there sometime around 6:06.

The schedules are estimates. Traffic varies day-to-day. One day, we'll have GPS real-time bus time info you can text or track in an app, but don't hold your breath for that.
