What to do with a 6-car detached garage?

Rental is the most obvious answer, but fraught with some insurance headaches. Cars have gasoline, and an oddball fire could destroy the building and the rest of the cars inside. Policies have limitations for any part of the premises rented to others. It would be fine if you had your own cars there, like the previous owner.
