Hello everyone, this is my first time posting and I really hope that I can get some help.

I am a Case Manager in Bergen County and I work with homeless adults who receive subsidy vouchers (they work like section 8, but are called something else) to help them find housing.

I'm desperate . Many of my clients are having difficulty finding apartments to rent because of their backgrounds and poor credit.

Can someone steer me in the direction of complexes/apartments in BERGEN COUNTY that 1) accept vouchers 2) overlook (very) bad credit?

I'm starting to exhaust all of my resources and I really want to help my guys get housed.

Any advice, suggestions, and leads would be so incredibly appreciated.

Thank you!

It's VERY hard. A lot of places take vouchers and I'm surprised by that, however, you need to have stellar credit on top of it. Some places require yearly income requirements that I wouldn't even qualify for. Others have ridiculous fees that must be paid before you even sign a lease.

Thank you for the link. I'll definitely check it out!
