Home energy audit contractor @ princeton (house, living, location)

We are looking for home energy audit contractor as our house is unusually cold { 1 bedroom out of 3 , living room }, so we want to make sure we have home air sealed properly, insulation is good enough in attic etc . Heating equipment is 7 yrs old so don't think that's the problem. never did these things on my own before.

any tips / suggestions will surely help .

any contractor references will be huge help.
