They have been best buddies since high school, and while CC would probably like to see this guy disappear, this may give us an opportunity to see whether our esteemed governor throws his long-term friend under a bus, or if he continues to try to deflect blame from him.

I don't understand the whole thing. What is it they are thinking was done? What benefit would it have for any of them to close the bridge?

It's the same reason Mike Tyson owned a tiger. Because he could.

What shocks me is not what party did this or is responsible for this behavior but more the mindset behind this. Our politicians have gotten so brazen that they feel they can do pretty much whatever it takes if they dont agree with something. They are shameless, pathetic, and guilty of so much that the majority of them need to be put in jail. The whole Dem vs Rep argument is getting so old. They are all in this together and honestly I think they could care less about any of us. Who thinks like these people? "Lets close down lanes of the GWB that will get them" Wow!

The point was to make the traffic in Fort Lee a mess--to punish the mayor.

As I tell my daughter, high school never ends.

This guy was clearly a political operative. He was rewarded by the governor with a plum job- because Christie the leader, financial watch dog is different than other politicians. Yeah sure.

How bout they put someone in jail for this. Then maybe these thugs will get the message. Lets see it goes something like this"you better back the governor or else". Between this bum in Jersey and the other in Washington I sure do hate politics.

'Holier than thou' on the state level but oh so forgiving on the national level where you let the big guy run wild.

Retribution has been taken to cosmic levels by leader of your Dem party and not a peep.

Hope you didn't travel to a national park during the shutdown. If you did during any other president during a shut down, no problem, open access. So when you come down on CC keep it in perspective with all the retribution you endorsed by oabama.

Hey, an Corey Booker was not responsible for the murder rampage that continues in Newark?
