That is a good thing in my opinion. That means no single group is bigger than others and each groups need to be more mindful of other groups. Some corporations are learning this the hardway before some groups like Asians previously did not speak out much (whether it is for right or wrong reasons, doesn't matter for this point. Asians just didn't speak out much). Now that is not the case and even though it is for in my opinion, a dumb reason to protest, Asians protested Jimmy Kimmel. I bet the network and the show wasn't really thinking about Asians that way before. Another case in point is Abecrombie & Fitch and their t-shirt thing.

Now you bet your ass both companies will be more mindful realizing oh shoot this group of minority isn't so minority anymore and they speak up. But that's just my opinion and I think it is a good thing in someways. Stupid thing is that when groups speaking out for stupid stuff which in my opinion was the case of JK thing.

All in all, I hope that in long run that every group is minority but we as country doesn't fracture so much and we work together for the better plus lines between groups will become more blurry as minorities marry each other. Just like how Irish started marrying Italians and Koreans marrying Chinese. It'll helluva lot more of asians, whites, blacks, browns, all mixing and produce some good looking offsprings!
Been there, done that.
