How, I wonder, would they be able to determine if the eligible senior was in the car at the time of the transaction?

My guess is that's on the honor system unless something unusual happens?

I found if you have an EZ-PASS in good standing they will waive the Adm. Fee. I have gotten several notices and they said sometimes it is a technical error scanning your pass.

I have a second vehicle not on EZ-PASS and a couple times the Toll Collector tried to tell me the toll was .5 cents more, has anyone else experience that?

Driving through the tolls daily since these were installed back in '99 ive easily received 100+ tickets in the mail. Just check the box that you didn't intend to go through the tolls and write a check for the toll amount. Ive never paid an admin fee in my life.

Check fees and stamps , seems easier if you just get an easy pass.
