I have used NJM for 30 years when I lived in NJ. I still have them now to insure my house and truck in PA. Same great deal. My check should arrive any day now. My Sister got her check.
When I was rear-ended at a yield sign 6 years ago, an NJM adjuster came to my house the next day and was "ON TIME" to process my claim. Never had a problem resolving the claim and they paid up on all hidden additional damages. (probably collected 100% from the other carrier since there is no comparative negligence in a rear-ender especially when I was stopped)
They did not increase my premiums either like some insurance companies try to do.
The only problem with NJM is that you have to have a squeaky clean record
to obtain a new policy.

I have Geico. Does NJM have good rates from auto and hazard insurance? I'm from NY, so I've never heard of them before. Thanks for the responses.

you cannot get coverage from NJM unless you work for the state of NJ or work for a member of the njbia

They are the best rated insurance company in the US. They have been sending me my Christmas gift for over 25 years. This years check was for 2004(partial) and this year. What other company sends money back to its members because they are in the black.
