What is your opinion on it? Here is a site on Edgewater - Edgewater NJ Toxic Truth!

Do you think it's something to worry about? Or the fact that they are cleaning it up and it's known makes it safer?

There could be lands in Jersey that could be filled with toxic waste and no one knows about it...makes you wonder.

Link is broken...

From what I know about Hoboken, something seems fishy about building new lofts and apartments on old factory ground. Long term affects? I don't think we have an idea yet because many are new -- but either way I wouldn't raise kids around there.

It's no different on the other side of the hudson where people are paying millions $$ to have water front views of NJ.

Atleast your $600k Edgewater townhouse has a better view of NYC.

I'd expect anything below the cliffs to be contaminated. On top you've at least got a chance.
