GJ,
Off the top of my head, I would think that Bridgewater, being the larger and more populous school district, will have more resources that will be helpful to you. However, because of the very subjective nature of a request like yours, it's tough to simply say this is the best. Here are some links that should prove helpful as you try to gather the data you need.
Dept. of Education School Reports. I drilled it down to the county level. Just choose the school district you want from the list on the right side of the page.
Bridgewater Rarital School District
Somerville School District (broken link)
My own kids are at Crim Primary school, in the Bridgewater Raritan School district. If you want some assistance getting more info, or names & contact numbers of particular people, let me know.
I'd suggest calling either the principal of a couple of the schools, or the education directors, to discuss your particular needs.

Brick is a school system you should check into if you're not set on moving to Somerset County.

Thanks Bill. I would appreciate if you could provide details of some counsellors whom i can get in touch with and find out the best possible school for my son. Also i saw that you are into real estate so could you suggest some apartments (not very expensive) in the bridgewater area for rental?
