The ones on Mt Royal are right off of exit 18 on 295.

The listing price for the regular model is $209,900, and I think it's like $229,900 for the big one. I got the smaller one and did about $20,000 worth of upgrades. The threw in the finished basement, but I don't have those nice morning rooms or sitting area in the master bedroom or anything...

The taxes are around $5100 I believe.

I would have gone with the Swedesboro ones, but this location was better for me

Yeah that sitting area is rediculously priced in the bedroom.... Are you sure your fairmont with the finished basement doesnt come with those morning rooms? Cause usually the finished basement comes with the addition in the back room which means they have to build a morning room on the second level... At least thats what I was told.

Do you folks know that some of the single family homes in Woolwich/Swedesboro are below $300k now? I have no idea why someone would buy a condo or townhome in this area when you can buy a 5 year old house for only a little more.

That being said, Lexington Mews is in Woolwich near the intersection of Auburn Rd and Center Square Road, behind the CVS. There's something going up across the street from this, not sure what, maybe municipal buildings. There's also a town center going up on Tomlin Station Road, south of 322.

I don't think I have it.. The guy showed me exactly where the main floor would cut off, right at the end of the kitchen, so I'm guessing that maybe I'll just have a tiny basement on the lower level?

I wish I had that morning room though; that's really nice...maybe they will throw it in as a surprise! haha

I wanted new construction and the taxes on the single family homes are a lot more... I am already pushing my budget.. Plus this is a house for myself not for a huge family

alot of ryan homes are prefab housing. prefab is not the same as modular. prefab in my opinion is questionable as to wheather it will hold up to a 100 plus wind. just my opinion.

Is their a builder that builds a perfect house??? I have yet to see a message board that speaks highly of a builder.. What about when you buy a used home and don't know who the builder is?

Yes, we bought in Swedesboro, also with a closing in June. We may be in the same building. Are you an odd number address on Crabapple?

i am waiting for my house in greenwich township to be completed. 17 more days. we put money down back in june and they didnt break ground until december. they messed up the building on paper, so they had to fix the whole building. but they rectified the issues, offered stuff for our trouble and everything has been awesome since. nvr sucked though. i had to pull out of nvr because the guy and i couldnt get along at all. they let me out of using them and still got the incentives. its been a good experience every since. where are you going to be located in greenwich crossing?
