Crabapple is history they chose Hurff!!! I am a little disappointed about that... I am due to close second week of june. Its amazing how quickly these homes get put up... I have taken pictures from the day it was a pile of dirt till now.... I was shocked that the framing was done and siding within 5 weeks. Good luck to you on your closing!

That is great to hear. We were told the end of August for settlement but are hoping for a bit earlier. I can't wait until ours begins construction. It will be fun to watch it grow. Best of luck to you. We can't wait to meet all of our new neighbors.

uugghhh...hurff. i was hoping you would get crabapple too! my husband and i currently live about an hour north of swedesboro in burlington county. we are relocating because of work and don't know many people in the area. we really fell in love with the town of swedesboro and are hoping that it is all that it appears to be. are your from the area? can you shed any light?

we had to go down last night to meet with Guardian and we stopped at the Swedes Inn for dinner and drinks afterwards. This is our second visit there and we love that place. Everyone who works there is really friendly...awesome food too. Looking forward to checking out the bands there. So our building is a mound of dirt as of last night. We are looking forward to watching it grow.

Honestly, I am relocating because I found a new job... I never even heard of Swedesboro till I started this job... I also am from central jersey so the prices of housing is so much more affordable in south jersey... I don't really know much about the town but the people seem real nice.. I met one of my neighbors at the Guardian review and they seem very nice.. This has been a very exciting experience for me as this is my first home.. I have been renting forever. Good luck to you also in closing... I look forward to making new friends in Sweeeddsboro.....

I currently live about 15 minutes from swedesboro ... Swedesboro was alwasy farmland they have been building it upp sooooo much lately ... as you said the swedes inn is a great place alittle down the road -Rodes fireside- is suppose to have great food as well and along with Bottos Itailian mart .... and if you went down kings highway towards east greenwich little past there middle school there is -HANES PORK SHOP- they have great meat... other than that there isnt much down there yet ... besides center square road which has the blockbuster acme applebees mcdonalds etc etc... they are suppose to be building a target and lowes and something else that i cant remember right down the st on kings highway !!! Im really happy with the choice we madee to move there it seems like its going to be wonderful ... !!! WE can wait to meet everyone !!!!!

No we havent yet but i know my fiance talked to Drew yesterday and he said we'll have ours in about a week or two

This may not be right in the Swedesboro area but if you don't mind driving a little further for a great doctor, I'd recommend Laurel Pediatrics in Sewell, which is about 25 minutes away I think..

A wonderful office and fantastic care but because of this the office is very popular and busy and that would be the only drawback. Ask for Dr. Marc Backal specifically. His father, Dr. Marvin Backal, founded this practice and was my own pediatrician when I was a child and his son Marc was my own daughter's pediatrician before we relocated. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good GP referral for you in that area and my former GP has since retired.
