I got a little panicky with the weather predictions--now they are saying southern NJ will be hit hard, not northern.
So I rushed out to Shop Rite and bought enough food for the month. The thing is I bought so many eggs and hard-boiled them so they wouldn't go bad if we lost power.
Now I am stuck with all these eggs, but I can only eat egg salad for so long. Will ShopRite take them back if already hard-boiled? What if I don't tell them I cooked them?
I guess my last resort would be to try to sell them on Craigslist or just go door-to-door trying to sell them at a reduced rate.
These darn weather forecasters are to blame
Come down to South Jersey and you'll really shake your head when even if only 2 -3 inches are forecast.
People here in South Jersey probably make 6 months worth of hard boiled eggs lol!
Someone on the ebay forum had said how they witnessed a customer in the Wal-Mart line return a fully-cooked half-eaten turkey, not long after the Thanksgiving Holiday. The customer was complaining that the turkey did not taste good. Maybe it was not seasoned properly? But, Wal-Mart customer service refunded the customer.

Right now near me there's a half-eaten grilled chicken salad, says it was "eaten by a hot girl."
