Default What are your favorite restaurants in lower Bergen County???

I just moved to Rutherford, and am looking for great restaurants within a 15 min. drive (mainly lower Bergen County, Clifton, Nutley, E. Rutherford, etc). All price points, all types of food - Italian, Polish, Mexican, Indian, Thai, etc.

Thanks for your suggestions!

I used to live up in North Jersey, on Hwy 46 in Lodi there is a great Mexican place called El Norte. One of the best, I'd say, and a low-key atmosphere. I always enjoyed their carne asada!

Try Bazzarelli's in Little Ferry.

They make a mean lasagne and grilled steak.

Cafe Capri is pretty good for the price.

Blarney Station is an Irish pub/restaurant is a cool place. Awesome fish n chips, shepards pie, etc.

Goodfella's in Lodi is a good upper crust type place, everything is fresh, good service, etc.

Barelli's on Rt3 in Secaucus is another expensive one, but exceptional food.

La Reggia off Rt3 in Secaucus has good prices, AND good food as well, and is just over the bridge from the Meadowlands.

Bazarelli's is good if you're not Italian or don't know what real Italian food tastes like.

Kin Atoms will become famous soon enoughKin Atoms will become famous soon enough
If these are still there, the locals will have to confirm -
Steve's Sizzling Steakhouse on Rt 17 in E. Rutherford - I was escorted into the kitchen first, then shown the dining room - immaculate!
Highlawn Pavilion is worth the drive in Orange - romantic, nice views, great service.
Arthur's Landing in Weehawken can't be beat - views, menu, service.
